update.
Just a quick one today...
About the only thing....the temperature has warmed up a bit today...Right now it's 44 degrees. I know it's going to make for a mess outside...with the slush and mud...but, today I can tell a difference in my legs...They are still stiff and sore...but not as bad as they were Thursday at PT.
Just a few more weeks....until spring begins...and the weather starts getting warmer...Ohhh man..I can't wait...!!
